Guarantee of work:

• I guarantee the quality of my work. 

• A 50% upfront deposit is due for $150 estimated price or more. 

• This estimate is not guaranteed. The actual cost may change after completing the work. The client will be informed in advance of any cost changes.

• If the customers are unhappy with the work, the garment will be re-altered for free.       Customers can choose a credit for 3 free alterations or a refund if they are still dissatisfied with the final result. 

The guarantee does not include:

• Garments not been pinned by me

• Changed sizing requirements due to customer size changes

Cancellations:

Orders that have had work started and that are cancelled will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
